ETC GAME RULES

Team has 5 minutes past game time until the game is ruled as a forfeit. If team shows up after 5 minutes the game will be run on a running clock until time is caught up. 
 
Table Logistics
Home Team must provide scorekeeper and game ball.
3 coaches bands per team NO exceptions 
The team listed on the TOP of the schedule will be HOME, the team listed on the BOTTOM of the schedule will be AWAY​​

Game Time
4-minute warmup, two minutes halftime
16-minute halves STOPPED clock (15u-17u)
14-minute halves STOPPED clock (12u-14u)
Running Clock after 20+ point differential. Team must cut the lead to 14 points before clock can be stopped again.  
Ball
Boys – Ages 10u-12u = 28.5 
Boys - Ages 17u-13u = 29.5
 
Overtime
1st Overtime = 2 minutes, each team gets one timeout
2nd Overtime = Sudden death, must win by 2 
 
Timeouts
(2) Thirty Second Timeouts allowed per half no rollover
 
Fouls
Bonus = 7 fouls
Double Bonus = 10 fouls
Foul Out = 6 fouls 
 
Tiebreakers
1.    Head-to-Head
2.    Point Differential (20-point Max)
3.    Points allowed 


Rosters 
All players on the roster must be written in on each game scoresheet. Only athletes whose name is written on the scoresheet can participate in the event. 

Protest
·      Protest cost $100 paid before start of game team will have by end of last game on Saturday to provide birth certificate and/or report card.  On Sunday Documentation must be provided by end of Game.  A refund will be provided with a successful protest.

Player, Coach, Team & Fan Behavior Policy
·      Any behavior deemed threatening, inappropriate, out of control or detrimental to participants, fans, players, coaches, referees, or tournament staff by coaches, players, or fans is grounds for disqualification from the tournament. No registration or entry fee refunds will be given if a team is disqualified. If a player, coach, or spectator is asked to be removed from the facility by the Tournament Director or the facility security will not be allowed to participate or be in attendance for the remainder of the tournament with no refund.  

ETC Age/Grad Qualifications
These ages are the age/grade at the start of the event. Players that are competing in the 12u-14u bracket are not allowed to be in high school at the time of the event. 
17U- Grade 11-12 and/or 17-18 years old
16U - Grade 10 and/or 16 years old
15U - Grade 9 and/or 15 years old
14U - Grade 8 and/or 14 years old
13U - Grade 7 and/or 13 years old
12U - Grade 6 and/or 12 years old
11U - Grade 5 and/or 11 years old
10U - Grade 4 and/or 10 years old
